"Customer service was actually really helpful"
I had a small issue with my order and emailed customer service, not really expecting much. I kind of thought maybe I was overreacting or that it would take forever, but they got back to me quickly and were really nice about the whole thing.

They sorted it out without making it feel like a hassle, which I appreciated more than I expected. I guess I was preparing for it to be annoying, but it was simple and easy, so yeah, I’d order again

"Pretty good, even if I’m a little picky about it"
I like that the ingredients seem cleaner and there isn’t a bunch of weird stuff in it. At the same time, I’m not totally obsessed with it or anything. It feels like a good option if you’re trying to be a bit more mindful, though I still find myself questioning some things on the label. Overall, good.

"no weird aftertaste for me"
i thought this would have that fake sweetener taste a lot of low-cal stuff has, but it was actually good. i tried both the syrup and the dressing, and they tasted really clean to me. maybe a little different from the regular versions, but not in a bad way at all. i’d definitely buy them again...

"Good value, especially when there’s a deal"
I’ve ordered from Walden Farms a few times now, and I’ll probably keep coming back, especially when they’re running a sale or bundle. The prices are usually fair compared to what I’ve seen in stores, though some items do feel a bit expensive at full price. Shipping has been fine for me, and while I don’t love the taste of everything, enough of it works for me that I feel like it’s worth it for the low calories and overall value.

"Easy to get lost in all the options"
There are so many choices here, which I love. I went in thinking I’d just pick one thing quickly, then somehow ended up browsing around because there was way more to choose from than I expected. Not complaining though — it’s nice having options.

"Not thrilled with the packaging"
I ordered a few things and the box arrived banged up. One of the bottles had leaked a bit, so everything inside was sticky and I had to spend time wiping it all down, which was annoying. The products themselves seem okay, but dealing with that mess made the whole order feel like way more effort than it should’ve been. Not a great first experience

"Showed up way sooner than I thought"
I was expecting this to take a few more days, but it got here super fast. I think I was literally making coffee when the delivery notification popped up. Everything arrived fine, no weird issues with the box or anything, so I’m happy with it.

"Texture is kind of hit or miss"
Ive tried a few Walden Farms sauces and dressings, and the texture is a little all over the place. Some of them are smooth enough and work fine, but others come off kind of watery or almost gel-like, which wasnt really what I expected.

Its not so bad that I wouldnt use them, but I definitely dont love the feel of every one I tried. Theyre okay with certain foods, just not something Id get super excited about. Average for me.

"Probably Not the Best Fit for My Diet"
I gave Walden Farms a try because it seemed like it would be diet-friendly, and I thought it might help me stay on track. But I’m not totally sure it worked for what I needed. A few things are labeled low calorie, which is great in theory, but the taste and ingredients didn’t really make it easy for me to stick with my plan. I can see how it might work for some people, but for my diet, it just wasn’t a great fit

"Got the wrong stuff in my order"
I ordered a few sauces from Walden Farms, and two of them weren’t the ones I actually picked. The box showed up on time and all that, but the order itself was off. I emailed them about it, and it took a little while to get a reply. It wasn’t some huge disaster or anything, just kind of annoying when you’re planning meals around this stuff.

"The zero calorie and sugar claims just..."
The zero calorie and sugar claims just felt a little confusing to me. After looking at it, I’m not sure I really trust it anymore.
